  • Ripe Mangoes: Nourishing (Vrushya), Strengthening (Balya), alleviate Vata and Pitta, but may vitiate Kapha. Acts as a heart tonic, improves complexion, and works as an aphrodisiac and appetizer.

  • Seeds: Useful in diarrhea, vomiting, and heartburn.

  • Tender Leaves: Help to stimulate appetite and reduce Kapha and Pitta.
