Seeds – Lekhana, enhances complexion and cures dermatose.

Medicinal uses
 
External
·         In pyorrhea – gargles of its oil mixed with salt are useful.
·         Pulmonary inflammation – paste of seeds & wheat flour is used as a dressing locally.
